Free US site for immigrants to learn English

I would be interested in hearing any comments on this site set up by the US government for immigrants to learn English.

I have the same opinion as Humberto. I quickly visit it. Through the introduction it seems to be great, but I have quickly tried it, it is very annoying, and very easy.
